I'm sure there would be some people willing to "deport" you to Rwanda - probably hoping you do not return! If that's the case, maybe you could ask the government to chip in their share - or at least put you up in one of those nice "hotels" in the meantime, at their expense!
On a more serious note - hope all goes well during your trip to Rwanda & make the most of the GAFCON conference, which is an important "stage" & spokesman for the world-wide Anglican Church - representing "Biblical" Anglicanism.
